These are just a few of the special orders I had for Christmas 2020 and i'm very proud of all that I was able to accomplish in a very short time, especially this Dog just a few days before Christmas eve! My life has been very busy for the last two months with the Holiday Market and then the Christmas rush, all while working at my 'day-job' fulltime! Order Delivery Day

This was my first year participating in the Kingston Holiday Market. Because of COVID it was all done virtually over the course of five weekends. I sold almost everything I uploaded and even got more special commission orders from it which was very exciting. Today was my drop off day for the last of my orders from the market and it was definitely a huge success for me - sold lots of signs, made new customers, and got rid of a lot of my stock to make room for future signs! Workin' hard

One of us is...  Working away on a new pyrography piece of the Chalmers United Church in Kingston. I just traced the design onto the wood and am now trying to find all the lines so I can pencil them in. The last few weeks were pretty hectic for me in the Wood burning life as I rushed to get several new pieces ready for the Virtual Holiday Market that I'm in, as well as finishing three orders. Finding inspiration in the 'Limestone City'

I spent some free time today wandering around downtown, taking pictures of buildings and churches for inspiration. This is the subject of the newest Pyrography project of mine, the Chalmers United Church. Such a beautiful church with so much detail! It was good for the soul today to be a tourist in my own city.
